      - Technically you can learn a lot - Engineers are often skilled and pleasant to work with - Short Friday

      Cons

      - management has no anticipation, no vision. Decisions are being made that are dooming from day 1 - middle management tolerates abusive behavior by lower management towards engineers, as long and there are results - deep ingrained fear culture - interviews focus on tech skills alone, no filtering on mindset, thinking, communication skills, openness to other ideas - I strongly recommend not working for the Romanian office
