Good learning opportunities, but politics and low appraisals hinder growth if the project is on maintenance
Pros
- Leaves are great - Timings are also good like 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to to 6 pm - Location vise best if you live near Dilshad Garden or nearbt as the company is in Noida Sector 16 - work vise it can provide you great learning curve if you are in good project - The AI has been made mandatory in the company, so if you join the company as a developer you will get to work and learn many o AI technology related things and as a Quality person as well you get to learn many latest technologies to work on.
Cons
- some project like IAM STA are in maintenance mode but work is in full fledged mode due to which sometimes the work gets pilled up in such a way you have work unwillingly on the weekends - As i said if the project is not that much good or in maintenance then the appraisal will be definitely not good . I worked in thales for 3.5 years for 3 appraisal cycle eligibility and all the 3 appraisals were 3, 4 and 5 percent. - Overall i got good peers in the the company but the thing is there was high level of politics happening in the project which affected the work life as well.
