Abysmal training/orientation. Benefits are basic and bare bones. There is a bonus structure for certain salary grades but this is kept secret. Corporate culture lacks polish. Managers do not coach or mentor employees. HR does not provide clear documentation on PTO and floating holidays. No team building events or exercises to build employee morale. High stress and drab environment resulted in several employees becoming seriously ill. Chronic smoking in front of the main entrance.
