      Good salary total autonomy due to the lack of a concrete directive

      Cons

      Very nice from the outside but a phenomenal pressure inside. a significant turnover because once the effect "we will save the world" passed, it is difficult to keep employees with wind and dreams. Management not fear. Personal life to forget.
