Pros

The work is easy, the pay was fine for what it is, and the staff are friendly mostly. There were some benefits offered to those who stuck around.

Cons

There was a clear precedent of management versus staff and front-of-store versus back-of-store. I was misled upon being hired about the yearly pay raises which was a large part of why I accepted the offer (I was told I was hired too late in the season to be considered for a raise despite being one of the strongest in my department).

Pros

I found nothing positive about working here

Cons

As a part time employee expect to consistently work 7-8 day stretches. In my experience orientation was disorganized. I wasn’t given the opportunity to do anything of the computer training. I had to actually request time to complete it. If you have scheduling issues; you’ll be told it’s an HR issue. Which in reality it’s a Store Director issue. You can also expect not to receive skill or knowledge assessments and be assigned tasked for which you haven’t been trained. All in all only work here if you enjoy chaos theory and enjoy being set up to fail.
