      Pros

      Task oriented, flexible schedule, allow work from home, high growth which creat excitement, and possible increase of stock grant value.

      Cons

      Too many young and inexperienced people, compensation is not high compare with peers, hire too many people too fast without good management system and structure in place.

      Pros

      The environment is relaxed and fun. Work-life balance is held with high regard. Medical benefits are great.

      Cons

      Employees are well underpaid in comparison to other tech companies. Raises are few and far between. Titles are extremely low as well. 3-5 years experience to be an assistant minimum. There is also a huge lack in career pathing / there isn't any. Many employees are leaving.
