this is the most disgusting company i had worked for . I got selected for ADOBE process.They select a batch of 15-20people and after working for them for ten days, they take a free speech or any session which they not mention anywhere and in that they fire 8-10peoples and they dont mention not any criteria by which rest are selected who not speak one or two lines and they fire you and after that employee care team will say you to write resignation letter in which you have to mention that you are resigning with your personal reasons and you know about deductions made by the company (i.e.if you resign from company before six months than you have to give 7thousand rupees to company), this is my experience with teleperformance Gurgaon . There are some of my friends who left much better companies continuously for 2years they left jobless,i never forget my friend's tears who are living alone and yes one of my friend especially shifted from Faridabad to Gurgaon for teleperformance only as Faridabad is not hiring zone for them,i never ever recommend any one for this.
