Pros

It was the place (TP India) which not just gave the first opportunity to begin my carrier but also made me realise what I am capable of. The first few months set my focus and what I wanted to do in life. I cannot remember my trainer, but I owe a lot to that female.

Cons

Cannot think or know of any as I worked here almost 8 years ago

Pros

start salary $10/hr was good. Met some very nice co workers. almost anyone will get hired. were able to work some overtime.

Cons

not great with communicating. Very dangerous in bad weather. Was slow to clear paths in winter. Cold shoulder type of environment. Had to go through hoops to talk to management. Hours could be cut without warning. Not the cleanest of conditions. management was aloof. rating scale never worked correctly

Training was awesome! I enjoyed my team members and we grew to be real close.

Management is incompetent and has no respect for employees.
