Pros
Work is usually steady and they are always hiring. The money (barely) pays the bills.
Cons
They micro manage badly, no 3rd party websites, books, homework, or anything else to keep your attention even if they have wait times of 20 minutes to take a call. The communication from management to Advisor is very poor. Out of 30 employees in a training class, about three are still there after 60 days because of the job.
