I had a good team and there’s good initiatives from the company

Cons

Your salary is ridiculous you feel like a number company uses and abuses it’s employees until the maxim extent possible. Border line ilegal attempts from the CRM like not complying with legal days to change schedules, to move from home office to work in sight and even demanding webcams turned on all the time which they would blackmail the employees with work in sight if not complying.

Bi-weekly pay, overtime available, equipment provided.

Supposed to have workbooks to work through in training to develop our knowledge, but our trainer never had access to them and didn't attempt to get them when asked about them. Was told that we may receive a couple of phone calls per day during the first nesting phase for easy issues that we had been trained on so far (after 2 weeks of training), which turned into 30+ calls for a wide range of questions from customers that we had not been trained on, in addition to not being sufficiently trained on how to transfer calls properly. Constant shift of project. Out of a training class of 30, less than 10 completed the course.

Micromanagement nightmare, extremely difficult metrics in place

Cons

Metrics are very difficult to keep up, unable to collect bonuses for good surveys since if one metric is not 98% Bonus is not achievable. Micromanagement nightmare, cosntantly herrassing with meetings about performance. Extremely stressfull Doesnnot provide holiday pay for full time employees Does not allow doctors notices when sick or ill. Very hard to get ahead. Stay away
