remote, free time and low task asigned and concert of the en of the year

more than 4 year witout promotions and salary increast. and all decision are difficult you need ask to your boss and this boss to another and another and another and never give you a clear response o path. only friends of manager enter in the company and only hire a juniors to develop a task o senior
