Good company for fresher to get knowledge & experience as a trainee.

Cons

They locked almost entertaimnet website on internet, bad software (Citrix), too many complicated & nonsense policies to follow. Company do not have any support for employee but required work more than usual working time.

Benefits in TMF is good with high flexibility at work which means the company is results-driven. Open office area with good colleagues.

Cons

Workload is getting heavier and heavier each day without adding headcount. High turnover rate led to many obstacles at work and lower client's satisfaction
