Pros

Really nice employees, helpful and having each other backs

Cons

- A lot of unpaid overtime. Paid working hours are 8.30 / 17h30. Employee are to be present at 8 and often finish after 7, sometimes it goes to 9/10 PM ! You don't catch up overtime (Meaning no early leave on slow day). If there isn't any customer, staff will have you attend meetings, or doing additional work (eg:Emailing for hours) - The company advertise available bonuses. But those aren't available before 2/3 months, and one mistake can pretty much void any bonus you earned before.

Constant growing, challenging company

Pros

The company has been constantly growing and it is full of challenges. Colleagues are in general easy-going and the offices are usually in good locations.

Cons

Environment can be stressful sometimes. Everything is changing constantly, it is a must to be able to adapt quickly. Salaries might be lower than the average.
