Pros

hours are decent - but not great. good after school job for a high school student. good week end hours if you are willing to give them up.

Cons

minimum wage - no bonuses. minimal growth oppertunitues or additional training. it is what it is and you need to understand that.

Pros

great pay for managers flexible hours great for college or high school students free food managers are willing to work with you regarding school or family emergences and even if you have a second job.

Cons

this job is surrounded by drama and people who don't like eachother subway can get very busy at times, it can be very tiring and stress ful shift leaders and even non shift leaders sometimes think they have more power then what they really do. The gm likes to move people around to different stores quite ofen this can be very annoying if you are use to one store
