      Pros

      The company offers flexibility to work from home. Employees are generally smart and hard working.Competitive pay with other top consultancies.

      Cons

      Enormous disparity between front office and back office functions, culture is disintegrating after PwC acqusition. Wage freezes since acquisition was announced. Lots of uncertainty with future integration.

      Tremendous learning experience, but prestige and quality of people took a hit due to PwC acquisition

      Pros

      Great people to work with, pockets of great partners, and practical approach to strategy make it a great place to work, with great career prospects on exit.

      Cons

      The PwC acquisition of Booz caused a lot of negatives: 1) top talent left the firm - rainmaking partners left for McKinsey and other consultancies and job managers left en masse due to vacuum of leadership; 2) the perception of less prestige given combination with PwC; 3) the combination with PwC has been taken pretty negatively by client staff, leaving the possibility of another mass exodus of staff once retention bonuses are paid out in 2015.

      Pros

      Intelligent and down to earth colleagues make the environment fun and interesting. They had great values and equal policies regardless of level or role ... interesting to see if this changes with PWC takeover.

      Cons

      Seems currently in a state of flux. Not much communication. Lot of internal politics seem to slowing implementaton of new structure
