      Pros

      Great learning experience, fast project turnaround - anywhere between 2-8 week projects covering both due diligence work and corporate strategy work

      Cons

      Learning curve flattens after a while, some managers subscribe to the long hours mentality, and no appreciation/gratitude due to fast project turnaround time

      - Able to work with some of the most ambitious and intelligent people, in particular at the more junior grades - Access to both UK and international projects where there is the chance to work across the Strategy& network internationally - Good mixture of short 8-12 week "typical strategy" projects with longer time horizons - Strong culture of promoting honesty and supporting each other with personal development - Decent pay

      - Can be very long hours right from the start - Can be bureaucratic in some internal processes due to integration into much larger company
