Troubled company with a history of bankruptcies and mergers. They have not been a quality organization for a long time now. Leadership (managers, senior managers, directors) across all organizations need to be purged if this company wants to survive. So called leaders (senior managers, directors, etc.) within the finance org deliberately cause chaos and inefficiencies in order to get professionals to quit, and in doing so they ensure no other experienced individuals remain that could potentially replace them. They have no regards to people's livelihood

Terrible culture due to extremely bad leadership across all of the accounting and finance organization. Company does not select leaders to lead, but instead go for individuals who are willing to manage in an unethical way to ensure their paycheck and their direct report's paychecks are protected. You are punished if you are a top perform instead of being rewarded. The company will continue to merge and unmerge and it's all because the terrible leaders within the organization and thier unethical and cruel practices.
