Pros

- Company is taking the right direction after naming Antonio Filosa as new CEO. - The right executives are now back in the right positions.

Cons

- Losing space in key segments around the globe. The Pricing strategy and costs need to be reviewed. - The company is losing focus on growing audiences in the USA. There is an apparent inclination to focus only on one audience, and it seems like Hispanics and Asians are excluded from the marketing/advertising agenda.
