Pros

The benefits are very good, the scheduling is pretty flexible, pay was competitive, there is a lot of room for growth in the company.

Cons

If you don't like working very early shifts, nights and weekends, this is not the job for you.

Pros

The management was kind and put in an effort to help me learn my way around. The hours were flexible, and pay was decent. The environment was generally welcoming.

Cons

Dealing with impatient customers was probably the worst part. While i was there, the store changed management, but it went smoothly enough.

Pros

The company was growing in 2007 before I left. The work was interesting and my co-workers were great people. Management seemed responsive to individual career paths, although your mileage may vary.

Cons

Anti-tea culture. Not really, but conservative tech culture despite some interesting projects. Never felt it was a place to make a long-term career.
