Pros

My manager was great and only hired the best people. The pay was adequate and the tips were okay. The benifits were great. I experenced a death in the family and they were completely flexable and helped me cover all my shifts for 2 weeks. The best part about working there were my coworkers. I always had a blast when I was working.

Cons

With the economic downturn, advancing in the company is extrememly difficult. I was told that i would be a shift manager within 3 months. 3 months came and went and there were no openings at my store or in the district. After a year and still no movement, i bailed.
