Pros

Discounts on products (free pound of coffee per week), free drinks while you work, development of communication and interpersonal skills, flexible hours, heath benefits at 20hrs/week, multi tasking development, sense of urgency development, fun people to work with

Cons

Rare occasion of needy /rude partrons, exposure to excessive amount of people during busy hours, high maintenance people. Other than the listed above, it's a great place to work.

Pros

Free coffee and beverages, busy work environment, interesting to learn how to make all of the Starbucks drinks and learn about different kinds of coffee.

Cons

Long hours, long periods of standing, inconvenient scheduling (frequently closing the store at 11pm and then having to arrive for a 5am shift), insensitive managers.

Pros

Stable company Decent Pay Good benefits But overall it's a good company because you have good people you work with and management is also good too.

Cons

Not much movement in terms of getting promotions. There are also other coffee shops that will pay more and will provide more benefits.
