      Pros

      I received great benefits even as a part-time barista and the management was very structured.

      Cons

      Due to the location, it was constantly busy with very rude customers but we received the proper training to deal with them in an appropriate manner.

      Structured training materials, work with some fun people, interact with some nice customers.

      Cons

      Cliques within the store, spreading employees too thin ( expected to do more than is physically possible ), not much support for evolution.
