Pros

At times it could be a fun work environment. Your direct-line manager really has the most impact on whether it's more of a pro or a con. I had one from each category.

Cons

There was not a great work life balance when I worked there. We would go through implementation once every three months or so of bringing another company under the Sonepar umbrella. Perhaps things have changed?

Pros

Get paid for what you are worth, long lunches, expense cards, never have a problem claiming back any money spent on site, full uniform plus dry cleaning covered by company and end of year pay review followed by bonus. On boarding and training is out of this world. Feel like a contributing element to the success story.

Cons

Software used is a little vintage but it still makes the millions in profit
