Pros

Working with highly talent people, a wonderful place to learn and improve your CAD/CAGD knowledge/skills. Good benefits. Very stable company.

Cons

Compensation is not good enough. It's not easy to move out of CAD industry. Turn over rate is very low.

Great company if you can deal with a fast pace and changing culture

Pros

The company is making money even through the recession. That says a lot about a company's position in the market, customer loyalty and employee's drive to produce results. It's a friendly work environment with mostly well intentioned people.

Cons

Management regularly runs departments understaffed making workloads and demands very high. The perks offered by SolidWorks are disappearing one by one now that Dassault Systèmes is running all of the brands as one.
