Pros

The hours are flexible and you meet plenty of new people. The pay is better than work-study jobs.

Cons

The hours can be rather long and endless customer service can wear your soul down. Some of the people that you get to work with (temporary employees for example) don't care much about their work and as such do not work hard.

Easy job, pleasant co-workers, flexible with my school schedule, management allowed autonomy and did not micro-manage.

Cons

Low pay, could not get a promotion to management despite a culinary degree, a bachelor's degree in business and over 10 years experience as a chef manager.

I honestly didn't find any 'pros' in this employment.

Cons

Complete lack of professionalism from start to finish. Senior management violated confidentiality with regards to health issues. They also hired management members who had no experience in managing employees, working in teams, or in the industry. It was by far the worst place I have ever worked.
