Business Outlook
Pros
Good team, good supervisors. I always felt safe and supported. Schedule was super flexible and there was opportunity for picking up additional shifts at other locations. Most servers got a 15% raise after several months of working there. The evening shift meant I could go to school and run errands during the day.
Cons
Nothing to do with the company, rather the nature of the job, but the late nights mess with your circadian rhythm. Also, going home by public transport from downtown Seattle isn't desirable.
