      Pros

      There are many opportunities to grow within the company. It is a global company that is very well known so it opens a lot of doors.

      Cons

      At my location, the management is poorly run resulting in employees feeling disengaged with the company, failure of systems and operations, and both employee/guest dissatisfaction.

      Pros

      Always moving, interesting place to work with the different conventions.

      Cons

      Management is unorganized to say the least. Senior workers get all the hours and all the big tips. Prejudice workers if you don’t speak Spanish your not going to make it. Including the culinary union.
