      Pros

      There are a lot of Pros. The employees have visibility on how the company's overall performance through the locker room and monthly meetings. This makes the employees feel really involved. There are a lot of opportunities to learn, from slack channel to individual contributors willing to help on different projects. The company really is a close-knit group. Communication is great within the company through Slack which is definitely better than Hangouts. Its easy to work with offshore resources and distance isnt really a factor because of zoom. Work from home options are a big plus. The company really shows that when you take care of your employees, the employees will take care of the business.

      Cons

      Since Simplus is a global company, it would be nice to have meetups from time to time.

      Simplus is a great place to work work with its just a new company there are many opportunities for all of the employees. They value people first which i search in the company.

      Cons

      With a fast phased environment. There might be times that the employee might be burned out with all of the request from the management.

      Pros

      The management in general, especially the executive team, has shown great concerns with their employees with special emphasis on Stewardship as a core value. Everyone is very professional and collaborative, especially when you closely work with them on projects.

      Cons

      It's still not yet an enterprise company and we still have a lot improvements to make especially in terms or HR communications and project management.
