They walk the walk not just talk the talk
Pros
Culture. It was very important to me and I asked several people if the "Culture" thing was just something on the CEO's wall and Board Member briefings or if it was real. 99% said it was absolutely real. I've been here for almost 2 months and I can tell you w/o a doubt ... it IS real.
Cons
If you are in the BootCamp (12-week training for those w/o Salesforce Administrator Certification) or the Accelerate Programs (8 weeks for those w/ the Admin Cert but maybe not a lot of experience), then you have to pay travel/hotel/per diem for that time unless you already live in the Salt Lake City area. That's a pretty good size commitment, but it is worth it. It's a great company; the people are absolutely wonderful, and the opportunities look to be plentiful if you want them.
