Having worked in Professional Services / Consulting space for over 10 years I've come to appreciate how key culture is to an organization's success. Without a doubt, Simplus management has created - and continues to foster - the most engaging, supportive and thriving culture I've ever experienced. This Leadership Team completely "gets it" - they understand what it takes to unite and bind a virtual / remote workforce, creating a fun and forward-thinking environment. Even during these uncertain days of a global pandemic they open up and increase their transparency, informing the entire company about our current landscape and the thinking behind their decisions to support the business. They treat us like family, and never lose their personal touch - even as we continue to grow! I've never been happier in my professional career.

Since joining Simplus, I've been satisfied with the culture they promote and live on a day-to-day basis. The culture of being a critical thinker, providing stewardship, and taking on the mentality of an underdog is carried through all of the employees I've had the pleasure to connect with. I believe that their morals align with mine and that's the kind of company I want to work for. I've had immense opportunities to learn and grow within my career, starting out from bootcamp to becoming a Salesforce Certified Lead Consultant in a very short amount of time. Simplus believes in supporting career development along with ensuring that their employees can also have a work-life balance.
