Was good until Acquisition

Pros

Fun place to work until the politics showed up

Cons

Incredibly low compensation compared to market. They depend on their name to hire b and c players. Post acquisition all of their projects are on fire because they aren't staffed properly.

Pros

Simplus recognizes that it hires top talent and expects that talent to be able to perform sans micro-management. That said, Simplus also hires smart, driven people who may need additional mentorship to perform in a role - and provides it. Simplus sets its people up for success, because Simplus knows that successful people are happy people, and successful, happy people make customers successful and happy.

Cons

The only downside is the recent merger with Infosys, but the integration process got significantly hampered by covid. There has been a large degree of uncertainty of exactly what to expect as a result of the integration, and a lot of the same high-level details repeated, without any clarity into how the integration will impact our day-to-day responsibilities or ability to execute on those.
