      Easy work, bad management and team

      Pros

      Good salary, most of the time didn't have to do anything, as many home office days as I wanted, not officially though just no one cares

      Cons

      Awful management, everyone at the office is super demotivated, they don't help the newbies, nothing is standardized normally, processes are confusing, documentation is trash, you don't feel like there is anything significant happening at all especially for validation engineers

      Learning Is good there is lot to learn since, process are from scratch. Learning Development portal

      Cons

      No job rotation Favourism Office politics destroy everything Toxic culture They have reduced benefits No on job training If you are favourite then u have alot od benefits otherwise no They have flexible culture but they dont allow people to practice it
