Very bureaucratic, very individualistic, too structured/boxed-in, tough for new people to adapt, slow to adapt/change, people change jobs too often so it is difficult to find someone experienced to guide you, unwelcoming to new ideas, lacks creativity

It has revolutionary Processes and Procedures, highly focused growth & development plans for the business as well as the resources. It operates fairly, positively and safely and teaches and preaches the same around.

Cons

Vertical growth gets tough since there are no Oil and Gas companies of this big a stature around for inter job competition so stagnancy sometimes becomes an issue unless you decide to switch industry.

- Excellent TRAINING and Development - Excellent knowledge sharing across departments and SBUs national/cluster/global -Exposure to the root of the business developing a true entrepreneurial and globalized spirit

Cons

- Too matrix and hierarchical processes that allow a superior-subordinate relationship flourish or wilt. - Too bureaucratic sometimes that make the whole implementation more like a reporting freaky job rather than a sound business information that managers can act upon
