no pros. Top stakeholders in UK and Malaysia will ask you to copy and paste in excel which will take 80 % of your time. if that is ok you can join here.

Cons

no work life balance. Even copy paste work is required in humongous amount eventually will feel tired.

Nice company, good people, work life balance

Cons

well below market rate or under rated staff, not really care for exisiting staff development and need, existing staff are not really considered for new openigs while the company still goes for external hire with much higher package rather than givinig opporutnties to exisiting staff to train and develop for the role.

good Work-life balance & employees safety.

Cons

Promotions are not straight forward. if you are not good with your Manager then you will never promoted even you are best in the team. you shod always eco what your manager says else you will be cornered. lot of tax and there is no benifit schemes to save. don't expect any gifts looking at company revenue, you will just get water bottle only.
