Strong brand recognition and that’s it

Cons

Leadership obsessed with metrics, not people – expect to be micromanaged. Culture of fear: speak up and you’re sidelined or shown the door Promotions and recognition based on favourites, not merit. “Values” lol 😂 are just posters on walls
