Pros

Hard-working team and everyone is willing to help each other out Great new office, lovely kitchen with plenty of snacks Fast-paced environment

Cons

I'm hopeful this is now being resolved but currently no maternity policy in place which is inconsistent with the rest of the ServiceNow business.

Great team with smart management. Company is growing rapidly. Benefit is good. Full snack kitchen. Lots of chance to grow.

Cons

No free lunches. 401 K not matching. Cannot think of other cons to mention. This is a great company in general.
