- Pathetic management esp middle management in support dept. - Very unprofessional, lack of ethics. - Job descriptions are not honoured properly. - Lack of vision. - Zero mentoring. - Sky-high, veiled expectations. - Flawed hiring process. - Dishonest & petty politics - Questioning is discouraged.

Pros

Iam having exciting time in ServiceNow. Iam being pushed out of comfort zone with realistic goals. I get full support from management to unblock me. Very encouraging environment where you want to do more. Company is growing at light speed and Iam happy about my decision to join ServiceNow few months back.

Cons

Nothing sofar, might need to spend some more time.
