Pros

Great product (user experience, performance, features) Experience of a fast growing company (40% YoY) Compatitive pay (but heard that they stopped offering stocks in some countries) Happy customers (high CSAT scores)

Cons

People get rutinely fired during their first 24 months with the company in the UKI but also across EMEA Lack of teamwork (people keep their heads down) Low business ethics (HRnot keeping confidence, bulling business partners is quite common)

Good compensation and good work life balance. Very flexible culture. Nice office and also contain some good perks. Multi cultural environment.

Cons

The company could have individual career path programs so we can plan the long term career along with management. Beside that, nothing to add.
