Perfect solution, customers satisfied, outstanding pre-sales team

Cons

In the affiliate I worked on, FOCUS was not results-oriented but rather the policies and corporate friends, it was funny small branch have this type of culture like: IBM, Oracle, Accenture, etc.

Pros

RSUs values keep climbing for now giving some reward Working with customers is highly rewarding when you can solve their problems

Cons

Management approach of looking for and highlighting the negative wears you down. The performance management process is completely subjective. You must play the game at all times or you will be managed out. CMO is unrealistic and all over the place. Expectations on marketing cause burnout department wide especially around Knowledge, Sales Kickoff and every product launch. Managers are left on their own to source, recruit and hire their headcount.
