- Very focussed on the employee, they really take care about you - Rapid growth, energised colleagues - Good devices (e.g. Macbook pro; iPhone (or Windows/Android if you prefer) - Great onboarding procedure - Extra earnings through shares - Freedom in scheduling working hours (no 9-5 required) - Positive culture and values.

Cons

- it's a huge organisation, you need to love the international. - no company car
