Pros

Tons of education and learning Great place to grow - very innovative with techniques products and jobs Best company I've worked for yet! They care about their employees and live by a great set of values

Cons

Small raises Sometimes inconsistent messages on a smaller scale (snr mgmt to cast members or SDs) Too many useless tasks for management - redundant and sometimes unneccesary busy work

Pros

Great sales experience and immersed in the beauty industry is one reason sephora is a fun place to work. Sephora is big on training and education so that we can pass on that information to clients.

Cons

It's a retail industry so you work a lot of nights and weekends and holidays. Although sephora is good about working to maintain a "work/life balance" it can still be hard when you're trying to work normal hours.
