      Pros

      Aside from TA activities, you get the opportunity to be involved in other talent or HR related projects which allows you to grow in another aspect of HR. Lots of visibility as the organization is lean. There is a supporting working environment mainly due to the European culture and way of working.

      Workload can be high and hard to manage against KPIs and market expectations.

      Good exposure. Good salary. Flexibility.

      Cons

      This company strives on the backs of its employees. Regardless of their marketed values and mission, they don't show any care of employees wellbeing. Most teams are undersized or staffed with unqualified people because cost is the main concern. This leaves each employee doing work for at least 3 people. The environment promotes and fosters superiority. Even first level management behave like they own the company and they treat their subordinates like slaves not caring 1% about their states.
