      Pros

      Office was a great space to work in, coworkers (like your direct team) are great and forever bonded by our shared trauma.

      Cons

      The company embodies everything an ohana isn't. The only way you can be successful is 1. have a good manager and 2. have a good territory 3. be in the right org/product. If you don't have at least two of those you'll have a terrible time. So hope you get lucky!

      Great culture and work-life balance, but pay structure issues

      Pros

      - Work/Life Balance - Upside of compensation is high - no cap on commissions - Great Culture - alot of smart people

      Cons

      - Often alter the pay structure or increase/decrease quotas by substantial amounts. - Growth Business is still high volume sales - Difficult to see meaningful bumps in base Salary staying at the company. - No profit share/stock options outside of an SPP.
