      fast pace of change; focus on short term results; otherwise very few downsides. Great place to be. Wish more of my employers had been like this.

      Pros

      Salesforce.com is a fast-paced thought leader where you can work with the new hotness, not the old and busted. It's a place where you can really get into what's behind those industry buzzwords, the cloud, SOA, all that fun stuff, and make it actually work. It's a place where customers are passionate about the product and will speak on your behalf, and where you'll make some really solid connections.

      Cons

      Politics and growing pains -- the company's getting bigger and so are the egos. In some divisions it's very difficult to get anything done because of constantly shifting priorities and personnel, and it's fairly easy for your career there to become a casualty of war.
