Terrible onboarding process and there is no innate internal collaboration. You will have to sell as much internally as externally to receive deal support.

Pros

For enterprise software the communication, stress, and expectations are all very manageable. The general engineering vibe is very pleasant. Not a lot of ego.

Cons

We are at the forefront of AI and the future of what IC engineering looks at Salesforce is unknown but I imagine we'll need less engineers to complete the same amount of work in as little as one to two years.
