- static company (not very challenging) - almost only French speaking company (not for people enjoying working in a multicultural team) - very hierarchical

Your life will be really stable if it's what you want. The employees are all passionate about trains, the ambiance is quite special.

Cons

As a typical French company, SNCF follow the typical routine of promotion. You gonna need a proper diploma to get promoted. And the stable rhythm is not quite suitable for the youth.
