Pros

great 401k, good health benefits

Cons

-Management practices may benefit from periodic review to ensure they uphold respect and empathy, recognizing employees as individuals rather than mere task performers. -There appears to be a tendency for some managers to allow their authority and power to hinder their ability to build genuine connections with employees. -Employees may feel hesitant to voice concerns due to fears of backlash or potential risks to their job security. -The absence of a safe, approachable platform for employees to discuss workplace issues without fear of reprisal is a matter that warrants attention. -Management should be held to the same standards of accountability as associates, with no special treatment or exploitation of loopholes, as this can create opportunities for some managers to take advantage of their position.
