Everything. A real disaster.Rude. Condescending. Inconsiderate!!!a real crap show. From interview to finish they are a mess. I would never hire them

Pros

Some accounts are bankers hours. Overall seems like a solid company culture. Lots of resources available for operators

Cons

They love to do a smoke and mirrors act. Show up for the client and not their employees. Love to shove an SOP down your throat. Will put incompetent people in operations roles for the sake of filling a role. Huge disconnect between operators daily life and the hundred of programs they want implemented.
