Pros

Pays exceptionally well, however the worker must be willing to work long hours and be able to maintain a professional attitude when dealing with clients. Gave me great experience with bar tending and customer satisfaction.

Cons

Working from Philadelphia, there is absolutely no connection from the main offices, located in New York. The decentralization has both pros and cons, but the cons far outweigh the pros. There are on site 'captains' to report to, and HR representatives are always available on call in New York. Just lack of a Philadelphia office is detrimental to cultivating a comfortable work environment, which RA strives to achieve.

Pros

I found work here when work was hard to find anywhere else. It enable me to support myself and gave me the time to work on what I really wanted to do. The work is fast paced and easy once you get used to it. You will get access to some of the coolest buildings and functions in the world.

Cons

Most people who do this job do it because they need money to do what they really want to do. If you are looking to grow with a career this is probably not for you.

Pros

great pay, overtime pay, pick your own hours, pick where you work, weekly checks, opportunity to make a lot of money, good training, seasonal

Cons

strict management, expensive uniform (specialty jacket, skid proof shoes, tuxedo pants), easy to get burned out with long hours available, not much room for advancement (limited captain and pantry positions)
