      Pros

      Great organization, very professionally run. Lots of opportunities for hourly and salaried associates to grow within the organization. Excellent place for women to work. Colleagues are collaborative and always willing to help. Working with talented associates is inspiring. It's a pleasure to come to work!

      Cons

      Sometimes it's difficult to meet associates who don't work at your location. It's important to volunteer for new unit openings, special projects and events. That way you can really meet a lot of people throughout the company, be exposed to other units and events, and find out about all the great things the company has to offer.

      Restaurant Associates genuinely cares about their talent. They provide a great deal of resources and support to their leaders to ensure they have what they need to manage great teams...Producing quality food service and hospitality.

      Cons

      As the company grows there will always be new challenges.
